Coach Howard’s journey through the game spans every level of developmental football. As a former player, he suited up for the Minnesota Dragons, Minnesota Spartans, Twin Cities Sabercats, and Minneapolis Warriors, earning a reputation as a smart, disciplined, and relentless competitor. Off the field, Coach Howard’s front-office résumé reflects a deep understanding of football operations and player development. He has served as Vice President and later President of Football Operations for the Minneapolis Warriors, as well as Player Personnel Manager for the Minnesota Monsters.
